Land Rover DC100 Concept

Land Rover has revealed the second concept Defender, dubbed DC100 Sport. The concept is an open-top version of its previously unveiled hard-top DC100. Both car previewed the replacement model for the legendary Defender hard-core 4x4, which is due for 2015.

The "speedster" styled 4x4 rides on a massive 22" wheel, and features a 3+3 seating layout, which is also the original cabin layout for Land Rover in its early days. More details and photos after the jump.
The concept showcased many Land Rover latest inventories of technology. Among others, it has both gasoline and diesel engine hooked up to hybrid systems with plug-in capabilities, drive is channeled through 8-speed gearbox, intelligent stop-start system is included too, so are the latest Terrain Response device.
